The remains of the Blast Furnace Works with the adjacent workers' settlement, built in 1828-1831, the construction of this then-largest Polish steel plant with 5 blast furnaces was interrupted by the fall of the November Uprising; the complex is surrounded by a magnificent retaining wall, about 400m long and up to 15m high.
